Following a failure in a different part, part of the flight control system analysis was carried out of other critical points with a force introduction of similar design (see SB no. A31-10-032). This revealed that the flap drive rocker, P/N 10SW-RMW is also liable to fatigue failure in aircraft prior to S/N 10-27.
